May 19 – District Champs! – Part 1
Today was the District finals for our Varsity Track teams. It was a great week for our Wildcats with the Girls taking first place and the Boys taking second place. The Williamsburg Girls track team has never won the Districts until today. It came down to the last race on the last day. The Girls took first by 3 points. The boys took second place by two points even though we were not expecting to finish in second. There were many great individual performances that helped our Wildcats finish well at Districts. On to Regional next week!
